Good advice, wide range of products, good prices. Useful for spares too. Have bought washing machine and oven from here, and got spares for a dryer along with some advice.

Cannot speak too highly of RSM who we have used for our white goods etc.over the years.Good competitive prices , very prompt response in obtaining products. Fitting and removal service is second to none.Engineers very good and friendly .Sales staff very helpful and caring. Would not hesitate in using RSM again.

Very friendly staff. Felt very welcomed as a customer. Was looking for a new cooker. The assistant was helpful but not pushy. Also needed some light bulbs which weren’t in stock. Staff member immediately said she would order them in.

Needed a part for my hoover washing machine, hoover themselves wanted to only sell me a new motor. RSM were able to find and match the part I needed and were incredible helpful and friendly, the part was a return and so didn’t cost me much at all and the money was given to charity. Honestly could not recommend this company more!
