Repair Centre

We have a dedicated domestic appliance repair centre based in the Knaphill store, where our repair team manage your complete repair service from booking the engineer through to job completion. Our mobile engineers carry a large range of spare parts on board, which enables us to deliver a first-visit fix rate of over 75% with 90% of jobs being completed on the second visit.

We will always do our best to repair rather than replace, but if we are unable to repair your appliance or between us decide that a new machine would be more cost effective or energy efficient then we will provide you with a suitable quotation for a replacement machine.

Good advice, wide range of products, good prices. Useful for spares too. Have bought washing machine and oven from here, and got spares for a dryer along with some advice.
