For repairs, we charge a fixed call out and labour charge and will always obtain your authorisation before proceeding with any expensive part replacements. Should a repair be deemed uneconomical, you will receive a discount on the initial call out charge if you take advantage of our sales team provision, whereby we can deliver and install a new appliance and remove the old appliance – all at your tenant’s convenience.
Our mobile engineers carry a large range of spare parts on board, which enables us to deliver a first-visit fix rate of over 75% with 90% of jobs being completed on the second visit.
