Deliveries

We endeavour to deliver your domestic appliances within 24 hours of your order being placed providing the item is from our current stock. Our direct account facility with many manufacturers enables us to deliver non-stock items to you within 5 working days (subject to manufacturers stock).

RSM is one of the few domestic appliance stores to offer Christmas deliveries right up until 4pm on Christmas Eve (except when falling on a Sunday).

Installations

Installation of Domestic Appliances

All domestic appliances (with the exception of gas cookers) are installed by us at the point of delivery subject to health & safety, general accessibility and condition of current connections.

Repairs

Repair of Domestic Appliances

If you have a faulty appliance such as a washing machine, fridge freezer or dishwasher, our dedicated repair centre can arrange for one of our engineers to visit your home for a fixed call-out / labour charge to repair your appliance.

Removals

After the installation of new appliances, old appliances and all packaging can be removed and disposed of according to WEEE and appropriate government directives. We will even offer a removal service whether you have purchased your new appliance from RSM or not. Please call us on 01483 475000 and ask about our appliance removal service.

To ensure an efficient delivery and installation process, please inform us if any of the following applies:

  1. Ensure you have measured the available space
  2. Are there any obstructions such as doors and pipe work etc.
  3. Are the appliances to be sited above ground floor level
  4. Are there any property access restrictions? Ie: narrow driveways, gated access etc.
