Repair before replace
We will always do our best to repair rather than replace as long as we can obtain the spare parts and providing the appliance is not deemed un-repairable or unsafe.
Electronic Waste
All fridge-freezers are disposed of according to WEE directive via our Hotpoint Approved contractor. (Weee number: CBDU48468)
All other non-working appliances are sold for parts with as much as possible being recycled.
Waste & Packaging
Our contract with Chambers Recycling means that 98% of waste handled goes for recycling, with un-recyclable polystyrene being sent to incinerators that generate energy.
Deliveries
50% of our delivery fleet is fitted with ADBlue converters.
Batteries
RSM is a battery drop off location. Bring in drained batteries, and we’ll ensure they are recycled appropriately and safely.
